It's no secret that Mclaren is a shadow of what it used to be back in the day (specifically the 80s and 90s). Despite its best efforts, Mclaren was seemingly stuck in a persistent rut. Thanks to a recent Road & Track article, we get a behind-the-scenes look at some of the reasons why that was, and what one man (Chief Executive Officer of Mclaren Racing: Zak Brown) is doing to help turn it all around.
