What My Trip During RMAP's RMDE18 (Rocky Mountain Driving Experience) Event Was Like!

Think about this: 15+ Cars. Two Days. Road trip to The Stanley Hotel (where they allegedly filmed The Shining at), and gorgeous scenery. Sound too good to be true? Well, it IS true! Because that's what I did last week! RMAP has an annual event called the Rocky Mountain Driving Experience (or "RMDE" for short) and I spent those very two days doing... well... sit back and listen for yourself!

My Thoughts After My First Experience at High Plains Raceway.

It might come as a slight surprise that I've never been to that great racetrack out in the actual sticks. Nestled far in Byers, Colorado, this racetrack hosts quite a few events. This one? Was put on by Ignite Performance. And it was my first time at such an event. Accompanied by my good friends, William Taylor (of Auto-Archives) and Sara Bain (Office and Events Assistant Manager at the Hagerty office in Golden, Colorado), we spent the day doing all the things you do at a racetrack...
